Then the general work: carpentry, painting, drywall, trim, doors, tile, flooring, stairs, railings, siding repair, dry rot, storm damage. If it is on the property, ask us.

Most owners meet a contractor once, under pressure, when something has already gone wrong. Our property care plan means someone is on the property all year, so the firm that looks after the maintenance is the one you call for the kitchen remodel, the new roof, and the addition you have been waiting on.

Who runs it.
Jonathan Oronzio grew up on construction sites, working for his family’s business in commercial, civil and telecom construction. Before that, his grandfather built houses in Scarsdale’s Murray Hill neighborhood, on Nelson Road and across Scarsdale and Eastchester. Tradition Builders carries that work forward, new houses included.
Tradition Builders is a boutique firm, taking a limited number of projects at a time. The person who prices the work is on site while it is built.
