Property Care
Grounds, on a monthly plan.
Mowing, cleanups, power washing, gutters and glass, quoted as one monthly plan. And the firm that looks after the maintenance is the one you call for the kitchen remodel, the new roof, and the addition you have been waiting on.
Three packages, quoted monthly.
Each plan is quoted as a package rather than a per-visit rate, with the season's visits set out up front.
- Billed monthly
- Plans are quoted as one monthly figure rather than per visit.
- Scheduled by season
- Visit dates are set out with the plan at the start of the season.
- No annual term
- Plans run month to month. Notice periods are set in the plan agreement.

Grounds maintained under a monthly plan
Or just the one thing.
Single visits are quoted on their own.
Why it is worth putting on a schedule.
- Gutters are a roof problem
- A clogged gutter backs water under the shingle edge, rots the fascia and ends up in the ceiling below.
- Washing is paint prep
- Mildew and chalking take paint off siding early. A clean envelope lasts longer between repaints.
- Eyes on the property
- Regular visits put someone who builds for a living on the property. Lifted flashing, a soft board and a cracked pane are the kind of thing that gets noticed early.
- Continuity
- A firm already working on the property knows its condition when larger work comes due.
