Services

Everything the property needs, under one contract.

Hire us for one of these or all of them.

Stone manor house with slate roof, tall chimneys and a balustraded terrace
Additions & New Construction

When the house needs to be bigger, or new.

Additions, second stories, tear-downs and new homes. On these projects we act as the general contractor: we price from the drawings, schedule and coordinate the trades, and work through the permits and inspections with the building department.

Already have plans? We price from them. Starting with a lot or an idea? We work alongside your architect and engineer from the first drawing.

Then the general work: carpentry, painting, drywall, trim and millwork, doors, tile, flooring, stairs and railings, siding repair, dry rot, chimney and flashing, storm damage, punch lists and odd jobs. If it is on the property, ask us.

05 Property Care

Where we work.

Westchester County only. No job is more than thirty minutes away, which is how a punch list gets finished in a day instead of next month.

Commercial

The other half of the business.

Our background is commercial. Utility, telecom and electrical infrastructure work sits behind the residential side, and we still take commercial projects directly.
